Unipost is the leading private supplier of postal services and the only competitor of the public company Correos. With national coverage and 1,800 employees, it mainly operates in the B2B segment with clients within the large financial, energy and infrastructure companies.

Value contribution

  • Integration of eight regional operators and creation of a branch in Madrid upon investment.
  • Design and execution of a detailed plan of 12 acquisitions and agreements to guarantee national geographic coverage.
  • Implementation of operational improvements: (i) development of the Unipost brand, (ii) marketing plan, and (iii) development of institutional relationships.
  • Definition of systems for reporting to the board.


In 2004, Nazca sold its shareholding to Deutsche Post, a long-term industry partner.
