Lydia brings more than twelve years of experience in executive support and office management, with extensive expertise in coordinating meetings and events and overseeing day-to-day operations. She has built a strong track record in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, working across teams and contributing to smooth, effective internal management.
She graduated in Design and as a Senior Executive Secretary. She previously worked at Linklaters in Madrid.
Since joining Nazca in June 2014, she has been responsible for office coordination and supervision, while providing executive support to the CEO, the Managing Director, and several partners.
