Alberto joined Nazca in 2018, and since then has formed part of the investment team, providing support in the generation, analysis and execution of new opportunities and supports the monitoring of IDP, Eurocebollas and Nutris.
What is your experience?
I have a degree in Administration and Business Management from ICADE (E-2), and when I joined Nazca had 6 years of experience in M&A. My first 4 years of professional experience were spent at Confivendis (Auren Corporate), a company specialised in offering Corporate Finance services to family businesses, the following 2 years being spent at Óptima Corporate, a firm which provides investment banking and financial consulting services to national and international Private Equity Funds.
What makes you most proud to belong to Nazca?
Working with a team with a great atmosphere where we support each other, as well as enthusiasm and effort in doing work of the highest possible quality.
What factor is key in the private equity management team relationship?
The most important aspect of our work is combining our experience with that of the management team to execute a value creation project for all parties. For the management team, this is often their life project, and having the opportunity to help and support them in achieving their objectives is priceless.
What do you like most about your work?
What I like most about my work are both the people with whom I have the opportunity to interact each day (colleagues, advisors, management teams, etc.) and the challenges I face in a wide variety of situations. It is a job which makes you grow and give your best each day – it’s exciting.
How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with my family and friends, and of course always have to make time to exercise.
