Laboratorios Almond acquires the remaining 50% of Nutriops to strengthen its leadership in organic plant-based beverages

Madrid, 29 Novembre, 2024 – Laboratorios Almond, a portfolio company of Nazca Capital, has acquired the remaining 50% of Nutriops from Costa Concentrados Levantinos, owned by Fruselva. This strategic deal reinforces the positioning of Laboratorios Almond, after 30 years of work in the international vegetable beverage market, and allows the Ecomil brand to be promoted as a benchmark for innovation, organic and high quality in various sales channels. With this integration, Laboratorios Almond not only consolidates its presence in the European market, but also strengthens its export capacity, aligning itself with the responsible and ecological consumer trends that mark the future of the sector.

For its part, Fruselva consolidates its role as co-manufacturer of food products in Europe and America and will continue to manufacture for Laboratorios Almond through Costa Concentrados Levantinos.
