GenesisCare and Nazca Capital reach a final agreement for the acquisition of IMOncology by GenesisCare

Nazca Capital has reached a final agreement for the sale of 100% of the capital of IMOncology to GenesisCare, an international healthcare operator with over 50 oncological treatment centres in Australia and the United Kingdom.

IMOncology is the leading company in Spain in the provision of oncological services, with 12 centres in 5 Autonomous Communities which provide radiotherapy and medical oncology services to both patients from Insurance Companies and Public Health Services.

This transaction is now approved by the competent authorities in Spain.
