Tamara Pérez-Mínguez

Tamara Pérez-Mínguez joins Nazca in 2024 as Head of Finance and Investor Relations. Tamara has more than 15 years of experience in private equity, both in the investment team and in the financial management of funds and investor relations. She has worked on deals such as EnCampus, Flex and Alvinesa.

What is your experience?

In 2008, while finishing my ADE studies at CUNEF, I started my professional career at Artá Capital, where I joined the investment team alongside the three founding partners. In 2017, I shifted my professional focus and created Artá’s finance and investor relations team, coinciding with the fundraising of Fund II. In 2020, I joined the Qualitas impact fund as director of finance and investor relations until I joined Nazca in 2024.

What do you see as different at Nazca?

A very consolidated, complementary and rigorous team, with defined and clear principles, but at the same time with a flexible approach to investment opportunities and a great capacity to adapt to all situations.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love meeting, working and interacting with highly professional people. I believe that the private equity industry is one of the most challenging and rewarding and to be able to develop my career in this world without having to give up starting a family is very rewarding for me.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

I am a very family-orientated person. I love running with my husband, skiing, playing tennis and making plans with my children. I am also passionate about travelling, I enjoy organising from the very first moment.
