Office Manager
Ione has more than five years of experience in executive support, office management and event and meeting organisation. Her career has unfolded in international and multicultural environments, combining consulting, team coordination and organisational process optimisation.
She has a degree in Psychology plus postgraduate training in Neuropsychology and Business Administration.
She joined Nazca in February 2025 where she is part of the back office team supporting management and running the office.
