Cristina joined Nazca in 2026 as Head of Capital Formation, bringing nearly three decades of experience across private markets and investment banking. She played a key role in building, scaling and institutionalising Meridia, one of Spain’s leading real estate investment platforms, where she led capital raising and cultivated relationships with institutional and private investors worldwide.
Previously, she worked in London at UBS and Dresdner Kleinwort as a highly ranked European equity research analyst, having begun her career in M&A at Salomon Brothers and J.P. Morgan.
Cristina holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona. A strong advocate for female talent, she chaired the Spanish Committee of Level 20 and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Juno House.
