She spent a significant part of her career as a Partner at Meridia, one of Spain\u2019s leading real estate investment platforms. She played a key role in its creation, growth and institutionalisation, as well as in strengthening its market positioning and recognition. She led fundraising processes exceeding \u20ac1 billion and secured commitments from leading global institutional and private investors for seven real estate and private equity investment vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in her career, after starting out in M&amp;A, she worked for several years as an equity analyst in London, where she was recognised as one of the sector\u2019s highest-rated analysts in Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Between 2021 and 2023, Badenes also served as Chair of Level 20 in Spain, a non-profit organisation founded in London in 2015 with the aim of promoting female talent in the private equity industry. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Juno House.<\/p>\n<p>Badenes holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona. She also holds an MBA from IESE Business School and recently completed INSEAD\u2019s programme for non-executive directors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NAZCA <\/strong>currently has a team of 33 professionals, 14 of whom are Partners. In addition, the company has an Industrial Advisory Board comprising 11 members with extensive experience across different sectors.
