Nazca Capital<\/strong>\u00a0has reached an agreement with\u00a0Ediciones Francis Lefebvre<\/strong>\u00a0for the sale of a controlling shareholding in Grupo El Derecho, a leading electronic format legal publisher in Spain, thereby doubling its size and strengthening its financial capacity and innovation to lead the legal publishing sector.<\/p>\n

In 2006, Nazca Capital supported Pedro Llorente, founder of El Derecho, and the rest of the management team in undertaking an MBO. During this time, Nazca Capital, from the Management Board, actively participated in the strategic development and consolidation of El Derecho as a leading technological platform in Spain. Additionally, Nazca made a decisive contribution to selecting, negotiating and structuring the strategic alliance with Francis Lefebvre, fulfilling the objective of leaving a very attractive growth project to the company and its management team.<\/p>\n

The managers of Grupo El Derecho highlight that the most important factor of this alliance with Francis Lefebvre is the strategic strengthening of the company and the benefits for clients of the Group, allowing immediate access to a larger range of services, using the know-how and technology of a European leader.<\/p>\n

Carlos Carb\u00f3 and \u00c1lvaro Mari\u00e1tegui, Managing Directors of Nazca Capital, indicated that \u201cthe incorporation of Nazca just under 4 years ago allowed the stimulation of the growth project of the company for consolidation as leader in electronic format legal content for professionals with sales of over 20 million euros and undergoing growth of tis profits of over 10% annually between 2006 and 2010.
