{"id":1043,"date":"2014-11-26T09:07:52","date_gmt":"2014-11-26T08:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nazca.es\/noticias\/nazca-vende-hedonai-a-vousse-noviembre-2014\/"},"modified":"2020-02-25T14:17:55","modified_gmt":"2020-02-25T13:17:55","slug":"nazca-vende-hedonai-a-vousse-noviembre-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nazca.es\/en\/noticias\/nazca-vende-hedonai-a-vousse-noviembre-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Nazca sells Hedonai to Vousse  November 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content-new\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p><strong>Nazca sells its shareholding in Hedonai aesthetic centres to the group\u00a0Vousse Corp., S.A.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the 26<sup>th<\/sup> of November NAZCA FUND II signed a sales agreement for its shareholding in HEDONAI aesthetic centres to the health group Vousse Corp, S.A., listed on the MAB, for a total amount of \u20ac7.2M.<\/p>\n<p>Nazca acquired 95% of Hedonai through an MBI with the management team in October 2004, after separating the activity from Svenson.<\/p>\n<p>Hedonai is one of the leading brands in the laser depilation and aesthetic medicine sector. The company is a pioneer in non-invasive medical-aesthetic treatments (laser depilation, medical-aesthetic treatments, etc.) and in electro-fitness treatments in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>It has over 40 own centres with national coverage in the main cities of Spain, with over 50% of centres strategically located in El Corte Ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Since Nazca\u2019s investment, the company registered strong growth (from 3 centres to over 40), professionalizing with the incorporation of a new management team, repositioning the brand, orienting it toward the high quality sector, reaching an agreement with El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, positioning it as the operator of reference in laser depilation in its Beauty and Health line, and reorienting services toward sectors of growth such as laser depilation and electro-fitness.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer, Vousse, has the intention of growing in the Iberian market, where it has a total of 54 centres and 280,000 clients, and stimulating international expansion, especially in Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>Nazca will remain as shareholder of the combined group, as the operation (which will be completed in October 2015) includes payments in cash and a payment in Vousse shares.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nazca sells its shareholding in Hedonai aesthetic centres to the group\u00a0Vousse Corp., S.A.\u00a0 On the 26th of November NAZCA FUND II signed a sales agreement for its shareholding in HEDONAI aesthetic centres to the health group Vousse Corp, S.A., listed on the MAB, for a total amount of \u20ac7.2M.
