Founded in 1875, the business model of the company is based on the sale of large volumes of wine at competitive prices, mainly to large distribution chains in Spain and to the main exporters, with a production capacity of 60 million litres. Its catalogue of wines includes high quality D.O. brands (Señorío de los Llanos, Pata Negra) and table wine (Cumbres de Gredos).

- Professionalisation and change of organisation with 22 new incorporations to strengthen the marketing and sales departments, and outsourcing of the logistics department.
- Change of production facilities.
- Development of distribution agreements with 6 large distributors in Madrid, and increased sales in the HORECA channel at a national level.
- Sale of non-strategic assets.
Divestment
In 2007, Nazca and its partners sold the company to García Carrión, one of the main wine producers at a global level.
