Paula Canalejo

What is your experience?

I hold a degree in Business Administration with an International Mention (E4) from ICADE, where I completed the first two years of my studies at Lancaster University (United Kingdom). In my final year, I interned at BBVA in the M&A team and at Nazca Capital in the investment team. After graduating, I joined the Deals department at PwC through the Edge rotational program, which allowed me to gain experience in both Transaction Services and Valuations. Finally, in April 2025, I rejoined Nazca Capital.

What do you like most about your job?

What I enjoy the most is the opportunity to work alongside professionals with extensive experience in the sector, as well as the chance to analyze multiple investment opportunities every day. This makes the job a constant and highly rewarding learning experience.

How do you spend your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and practicing sports, especially tennis and running. I also love discovering new restaurants and, when I have more spare time, traveling and experiencing new cultures.
