Noelia González

Noelia joined Nazca in 2018 forming part of the Financial Department as Controller.

What is your experience?

During the years of my degree in Administration and Business Management at the Autonomous University of Madrid, I carried out different work which introduced me to the working world. Once I finished my degree, I was therefore able to form part of the financial department in a company of the technology sector, where I acquired my greatest professional development. Additionally, I combined my studies with a Professional Master’s in Economic and Financial Management at the Financial Studies Centre of Madrid.

What do you think makes Nazca different?

Experience in the creation of value in the companies in which it invests, as a result of having created a great human and professional team.

What motivates you most in working with a management team?

The variety of sectors in which Nazca involves itself means that my routine is not totally routine, as I also have to adapt to the characteristics of each investee.

What do you like most about your work?

Feeling that I form part of the team and being valued for my efforts, whether great or small.

What social activities have you carried out / have inspired you?

During my free time I enjoy different activities. I like to go walking, have a coffee with friends and set the world to rights, and take short trips with my family. Ending the day watching a good series is what I like the most.
