Noelia Felip
Business Manager
Noelia joined Nazca in 2007. She is in charge of coordinating and assisting in the schedule of several partners and manages some of the operations of the office.
What is your experience?
I studied a Degree in Tourism, I have taken courses on protocol, and on being a personal assistant, among others. After graduating, I started to work at the Westin Palace, and subsequently at Doctaforum, organising scientific conferences.
What do you think makes Nazca different?
The enthusiasms with which the new incorporations are added, always considering not only their professional worth, but also how they will fit in with Nazca at a personal level.
What is your most memorable experience at Nazca?
I have a vivid memory of the 20th of October 2009. It was a special day for Nazca and for the whole team; we had created Nazca Fund III and the manager had become independent. It was a difficult year, but we were very motivated to achieve it. That day I was alone in the office due to logistics and everyone went to the signing. I clearly remember when they phoned me to tell me it had been signed.
How do you spend your free time?
I like hiking and going on trips. I think there are many nearby places to discover.
