Jessica joined Nazca in 2005. As financial manager, she is responsible for the internal administration of the firm and regulatory compliance, providing financial support to the investment team. Additionally, she is responsible for the administration of the funds and has a direct relationship with the Back Office team of the investors.
What is your experience?
After completing my degree in Economic Science at the Complutense University of Madrid, my first steps as a professional were in the financial support departments in companies of the construction-development sector, such as Seromal and Riofisa, where I worked for 3 years.
What do you think makes Nazca different?
The team. We work in a young, dynamic environment; there are no hierarchical barriers.
What do you like most about your work?
The everyday relationship with highly qualified people: the Nazca team, financial managers of the companies in which we invest, the administration team of the investors of our funds, etc. Of course, there are downsides…
What is your most memorable experience at Nazca?
Due to personal reasons I spent a year living in Mexico. When I returned, I was moved by the kindness of partners and colleagues, and above all the sensation of “coming home”.
How do you spend your free time?
My husband is Italian, so we have visits from many friends and relatives from abroad. I love to host them, show them our beautiful city and above all organise evening parties.
