What is your experience?

I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from IE University and a Master’s in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from IEB. After graduating, I started my career in the M&A team at CaixaBank CIB, and later joined the Private Equity team at Tikehau Capital. In March 2025, I joined Nazca.

What motivates you most about working with a management team?

I would say it’s the opportunity to be immersed in a dynamic environment, where every investment opportunity is completely different from the last one. Additionally, I am seduced by the 360º learning ecosystem, which covers not only financial aspects but also strategic and operational ones, providing a comprehensive view of the business.

What should an entrepreneur look for when selecting a private equity fund?

Beyond returns, an entrepreneur should look for a private equity fund that acts as a strategic partner, offering experience, vision, and a genuine commitment to the growth of the company. When selecting the right fund, factors such as a solid track record at domestic level, the ability to drive international and inorganic growth, support in the professionalization of the company, and a close collaboration with the management team are, in my opinion, the key elements that ensure the entrepreneur chooses the right private equity partner.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones. I love playing sports, traveling, and learning about topics that spark my curiosity.
