Gonzalo Saavedra

What is your experience?

Graduated in Law and Business Administration at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), I have maintained the relation with this University by becoming a freelance teacher, job that I combine with my recent incorporation in Nazca. During the University, I worked for BBVA in the Corporate Finance (M&A) area. After my graduation, I joined the Audit department at KPMG Spain, followed by an international experience in KPMG Sydney. Back in Spain, Transaction Services (M&A) area was my final step in KPMG before I moved to Monitor Deloitte in 2020.

What do you like most about your work?

The opportunity to continue growing and learning of a wide variety of industries and family owned companies, composed by experienced Management teams, where Nazca acts as an ideal complement. Additionally, be part of a company’s development, aiming to achieve a relevant positive performance in a short period of time.

How do you spend your free time?

I enjoy spending time and planning activities with my family and friends, as well as playing any sport, from triathlons to golf, paddle or ski. Additionally, travel is one of my key devotions, having been in most of Europe, South-East Asia or Oceania, and aiming to continue with Africa and South America.
