Pablo García
Associate Director
Pablo joined Nazca in 2026 as an Associate Director, where he is part of the team responsible for the Small Cap strategy.
Prior to joining Nazca, he spent ten years in consulting and investment banking. He began his career at Deloitte in strategy consulting. In 2018, he joined the M&A team at Banco Santander and, in 2021, became part of the Leveraged Finance team at Crédit Agricole CIB.
Pablo holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
