Paula Canalejo

Before joining Nazca in April 2025, Paula began her career in PwC’s Deals division where she was part of the Transaction Services and Valuations teams and earned her Level I CFA certification. She graduated from the Business Administration international programme (E4) at ICADE in 2024, spending the first two years at Lancaster University in the UK. She completed internships at Nazca Capital and BBVA in the M&A team during her final period at university. She is currently an analyst at Nazca and a member of the Aerospace and Defence Fund investment team.
