Francisco José Mompeán

What is your experience?

After graduating with a degree in Economics from IE University, I began my professional career at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking as a research analyst. I then joined KPMG Deal Strategy as a strategy consultant specializing in commercial due diligence projects and value creation plans.

What do you think makes Nazca different?

For me, what stands out about Nazca is the way we all work together toward the same goal, creating a close-knit and collaborative environment. This sense of cohesion, combined with the team’s extensive experience, allows us to tackle any challenge with strength, flexibility, and confidence.

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is the continuous learning opportunity it offers by working on projects with different management teams, companies, and markets. In addition, I am highly motivated by identifying and implementing improvements in our investments to create long-term value.

How do you spend your free time?

Outside of work, find it very important to be able to spend time with my loved ones. Moreover, I am passionate about practicing sports and trying new culinary experiences.
