The key for Nazca´s success is its team of professionals. We are a unique team with aggregate experience of 60 years in Private Equity and which combines important backgrounds in different industries: investment banking, strategic consulting, finance, audit as well as in managing national and international companies.
Our long and proven track record allows us to reach a good understanding of the challenges and risks of the companies in which we invest, contributing with creative solutions and growth strategies which can either be organic or through acquisitions. One of our key strength is our capacity to partner in family owned business and attract top level talent to develop ambitious growth plans.
Nazca´s management team is exclusively dedicated to Nazca and is likely committed investing personally in Nazca´s funds.
Carlos Carbó, Álvaro Mariátegui and Miguel Canalejo, founding partners, contribute with their 35 years of private equity experience. Additionally, the rest of Nazca´s partners and executives account with 25 years of private equity experience and 19 years in consulting, investment banking and finance.
Nazca´s Board is formed by the 3 founding partners who are responsible for the final approval of the investments and divestments of Nazca´s funds. Such structure allows maximum flexibility and rapid decision making.
