Investment Criteria
We maintain consistent and clear investment criteria since our foundation when deciding in which opportunity we invest.
Nazca invests in small-mid size companies with governing bodies in Spain, sales between €20 and €150 million, with maintainable competitive advantages by offering value added products or services and managed by professional teams with proven track record and who participate with a significant equity co-investment.
Nazca´s equity investment is in the range between €20 and €30 million through majority o significant minority stakes and using product leverage.
Our average holding period in our portfolio companies is 3-5 years.
